Solar plant on the Eventum building
A solar plant has been installed on the Eventum building in Bergen op Zoom. The municipality made the roof of the building available for solar panels. Residents of select areas based on postcodes who were unable to fit solar panels on their roofs could sign up to invest in these solar panels.
P. Jansen Installatietechniek BV has installed this sleek-looking solar plant – a tremendous job, if you ask us! A total of 316 solar panels were installed, which together yield 98,400 kWh/yr.
P. Jansen Installatietechniek BV used to work with a different mounting system, but after several of their business contacts had told them they should really give the Blubase mounting system a go, because it is a product that can be mounted quickly, that’s what they did. And with a positive result: they really liked working with RoFast (Blubase’s mounting system for flat roofs)!
“Normally, when you use a completely new system, you partly learn from your mistakes, but the support provided by BluBase at the start of the project meant it all went well. The fitters were soon able to do everything themselves, and the installation went smoothly and was completed in time. The sales department also responds quickly to enquiries, which means we can submit an offer more quickly. This enables us to proceed quickly, without having to wait for the calculations for a long time,” explains Piet Hagenaars, project leader at P. Jansen Installatietechniek BV.
After completing this solar plant in Bergen op Zoom, they used the Blubase mounting system for another project, again to everyone’s satisfaction.
